Partial Hospitalization
Partial hospitalization, also known as day treatment, is a type of outpatient treatment that offers comprehensive treatment services and medical monitoring during daytime hours. This level of care caters to those who require a higher level of care than a traditional outpatient treatment program can provide, though not as rigorous as a residential treatment program.
Intensive Outpatient
Intensive outpatient is a type of outpatient care for individuals requiring more comprehensive intervention than standard outpatient treatment but less intensive than residential treatment. This program is recommended for those who need a transitional level of care as they step down from residential treatment and those looking to supplement their recovery.
Outpatient Treatment
Outpatient treatment is a step down from intensive outpatient and higher levels of care. This program can be used during various points in the recovery process as it's designed to provide support while allowing clients to live at home and maintain their everyday routines. It's a great option for those in recovery transitioning from treatment to everyday life.
Aftercare
Aftercare programs consist of individualized relapse prevention strategies, including ongoing counseling, alumni meetings, and peer support groups that provide ongoing support and accountability while helping clients develop life skills, set goals, manage stress, identify triggers, build healthy relationships, and pursue a sober lifestyle.
Therapies
Individuals can choose from a variety of therapy options, including group, one-on-one, and family therapies, as well as trauma-based therapies that address underlying issues contributing to substance abuse. Some specific therapy types available are cognitive behavioral therapy, medication-assisted treatment, contingency management, motivational interviewing, and many others.
